What Happens Now?

In Washington State, if my license gets suspended, can I get a license that will allow me to go to and from work?

While the answer varies greatly depending on the facts of your case, many people are eligible for an “occupational” or “Temporary Restricted” license during part of the suspension period. Many variables come into play in determining your eligibility; including the final disposition of the administrative suspension and criminal charges, your driving and criminal history, whether you submitted to the breath test or refused, whether you had a valid license on the date of arrest, whether you have an alcohol or drug problem. There are many conditions and limitations on temporary restricted/occupational licenses and it is necessary to get advice from a competent, experienced DUI attorney .
